Not every event needs the full setup. Sometimes you just want great food, delivered or ready to go. Some of our packs are delivery-only, drop it, plate it, done. Others come with staff included, for when you want the food handled too. Each pack tells you exactly what’s included, so there’s no guessing.

How our catering process works at HLB Catering

What's the difference between ordering online and requesting a quote?

Ordering online is for ready-made packs, some delivery-only, some with staff included, for smaller or more casual needs. A quote is for full-service events like weddings and corporate functions, with setup, waitstaff, and pack-down built around your event.

How far in advance do you need to order online?

Online orders need 5 days' notice. If your event is sooner than that, email us at events@hlbcatering.com.au or call (03) 8503 7394, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Is there a minimum order for online catering packs?

Each pack has its own minimum guest number, listed on the individual product page.

Can I get dietary options in the online ordering packs?

Standard dietary options are available across the online packs. If you need something more specific, email us at events@hlbcatering.com.au or call (03) 8503 7394 and we'll sort it.

Planning something bigger?

If your event needs setup, staff, or a custom menu, that's a different conversation, and we're happy to have it.
