The Yarra Valley is one of Victoria’s best wedding and event destinations, sprawling wineries, private estates, marquees in the middle of a vineyard. It’s also one of the trickiest to cater well, no commercial kitchen on site, unpredictable weather, and everything has to travel. We’ve been doing exactly this since 2016, whether it’s a wedding reception in Healesville, a long lunch on a private vineyard in Yarra Glen, or a corporate retreat in Lilydale or Coldstream.
We run everything out of our commercial kitchen in Mentone. Cold items travel in refrigerated vehicles, hot items get finished on-site, and our team builds a working pop-up kitchen wherever your venue actually is, a shed, a marquee, a private home. We don’t hide the cost of getting there either, regional travel and logistics fees are calculated on your actual venue location and shown clearly in your proposal, not buried until the final invoice.
You get to step away from the logistics entirely and actually enjoy the day, whether that’s the vineyard views, your guests, or your own wedding.

Venues We Cover Across the Region
We regularly cater at private estates, barn venues and community halls across the region, including venues managed by the Yarra Ranges Council. Sit-down wedding banquets, corporate retreats, marquee celebrations, we set up for all of it. If you want a full private chef experience inside a private estate or a large corporate buffet, our team coordinates the whole thing directly with you.
