We know that designing the perfect menu requires a full understanding of the guests, so thinking about that, we carefully created a variety of options to attend all dietary requirements. Our expertise is to honour fresh and flavourful international cuisine, cooking modern Australian food with a beautiful fusion of Latin American, European and Middle Eastern influences.
Our Exec chef/Director Leo Valansi has over 15 years experience with fine dining and he’s very passionate about cooking. Leo has dedicated years improving modern techniques and he believes that the outstanding customer service is a key to success! As Leo says, “I like to play with those international bursts of flavour to bring magic to my customers”.
